Residential Sales Representative

As a Residential Sales Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, setting residential moving appointments, and closing business.

Special Notes: Local travel required – no overnight travel


Description of Responsibilities: The Residential Sales Representative is responsible for the following duties as well as any specific assignments or additional responsibilities as agreed upon with the manager.


Business Development (90%)
• Perform methodologies that generate opportunities – including research, networking and word of mouth
• Qualify and obtain appointments with potential residential customers
• Continually develop, create and manage a network of realtor referral sources
• Actively pursue and be involved in lead-developing and networking organizations
• Perform in-home and virtual surveys
• Estimate costs
• Follow up and close residential move business


General Responsibilities (10%)
• Manage daily sales activity
• Submit monthly expense report on time
• Stay current with Andrews policies and procedures

Required Education
• High school diploma or equivalent sales experience


Required Work Experience
• Minimum 3 years of inside/outside sales
• Client relations experience is a plus
• Moving industry experience is a plus
