As a Residential Sales Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, setting residential moving appointments, and closing business.

Description of Responsibilities: The Residential Sales Representative is responsible for the following duties as well as any specific assignments or additional responsibilities as agreed upon with the manager.
Business Development (90%)• Perform methodologies that generate opportunities – including research, networking and word of mouth• Qualify and obtain appointments with potential residential customers• Continually develop, create and manage a network of realtor referral sources• Actively pursue and be involved in lead-developing and networking organizations• Perform in-home and virtual surveys• Estimate costs • Follow up and close residential move business
General Responsibilities (10%)• Manage daily sales activity• Submit monthly expense report on time• Stay current with Andrews policies and procedures

Required Education • High school diploma or equivalent sales experience
Required Work Experience• Minimum 3 years of inside/outside sales • Client relations experience is a plus• Moving industry experience is a plus
