Indians Truck Day Means Spring Training is Just Around the Corner

As the Official Mover of the Cleveland Indians Andrews has the privilege of moving the team’s Spring Training equipment out to Goodyear, Arizona each winter. Our Andrews Cleveland Indians branded trailer was loaded up this morning with the team’s equipment today and is preparing to depart for the journey to Goodyear.

The loading of the truck, which is referred to by many now as Cleveland Indians “Truck Day” is a signal of hope and excitement for spring and of course for the upcoming Cleveland Indians baseball season. With Spring Training beginning in less than two weeks, getting the equipment delivered safely to Goodyear, Arizona is an important job. Longtime Andrews driver Ed Fisher is the man that makes it happen. Ed has made this journey for the Cleveland Indians several times. As a lifelong Cleveland resident and an avid Indians fan, Ed certainly looks forward to this job every season.

If you’re interested in following the action, the Indians will be posting information on where the truck is throughout the week as will Andrews. Also, to celebrate Truck Day and the beginning of Cleveland Indians Spring Training, Andrews will be giving away some terrific Indians prizes beginning today through the start of Spring Training.
