We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our moving and storage team. This role is primarily warehouse-based but may include occasional field work assisting with local or long-distance moving jobs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and organize household goods and commercial items within the warehouse
- Accurately track inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
- Prepare shipments for storage or delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (tow motor); training and certification provided
- Provide field support on moving jobs as needed, including packing, loading, and customer interaction
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse experience preferred; familiarity with WMS applications is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word)
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 50 lbs or more on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work both in the warehouse and in the field when required
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort operating equipment (training provided)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Director of Marketing
The Director of Marketing (DM) is responsible for the strategic direction and overall execution of our enterprise marketing strategies across 3 Divisions and 5 Channels. This role drives high-volume lead generation and brand awareness through digital platforms, website oversight, content strategy, communications, and tradeshow organization.
The DM serves as the primary marketing hub for the enterprise, collaborating closely with sales leadership, allocating the marketing budget to maximize ROI, and managing external creative agencies and vendors.
Key Accountabilities
- Residential Growth: Increase Residential division inbound leads by 20% year-over-year.
- Commercial Growth: Increase Commercial division (two business lines) inbound leads by 25% year-over-year.
- Data & Analytics: Full ownership and management of Google Analytics, attribution tracking, and marketing KPI reporting.
- Brand Governance: Oversee content strategy and design across all mediums, maintaining brand consistency while directing external agencies or creative partners.
- Cultural Alignment: Embody The Andrews Way culture, core values, and professional standards.
Description of Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Plan Execution (50% of time)
- Master, manage, and continuously innovate the Strategic Marketing Plans for all corporate divisions.
- Architect and scale professional referral programs and targeted B2B/B2C campaigns.
- Formulate, track, and strategically allocate the overall marketing budget across divisions to maximize lead volume and ROI.
- Partner with Sales Managers to optimize automated lead routing, tracking pipelines, and CRM handoff workflows.
Lead Generation & Digital Management (20% of time)
- Direct, audit, and optimize lead generation strategies for SEO and paid search channels.
- Build, deploy, and manage automated marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing sequences through HubSpot.
- Provide clear reporting and analysis on cost-per-lead and customer acquisition costs.
Brand Building & Reputation (20% of time)
- Enhance and elevate corporate messaging to maximize the value proposition of our moving and transportation services.
- Oversee the continuous update of corporate websites, social channels, and web content.
- Manage and protect the company’s online footprint, including Google reviews and customer feedback loops.
Sales Support & Enablement (10% of time)
- Collaborate with Sales Management to develop unified, consistent messaging across the enterprise.
- Support the Business Development team with client-facing collateral, promotional assets, and marketing materials tailored for RFP builds and proposals.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Process Blueprinting: Proven ability to create, document, and follow scalable marketing workflows and processes.
- Advanced Tech Stack Literacy: Highly adept with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.

- Preferred Background: Direct experience in Public Relations or within the Moving, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry is highly valued.
Location/Travel: Based in Ohio. Attendance at local exhibits, client meetings, and industry tradeshows should be expected.

Home Delivery Driver
Summary: The Home Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and damage free pickup and delivery of Andrews customers’ freight. Drivers load their delivery trucks and ensure the freight gets delivered within the designated time windows, to the correct locations, and are responsible for having customers sign the correct paperwork, to ensure we are paid properly for services rendered.
Key accountabilities: This position is responsible for the following:
1. Drive vehicles to designated destinations for customer product pickups and deliveries.
2. Load and unload products from trucks and trailers.
3. Work with Dispatch to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns.
4. Provide special care in handling customers’ fragile and high value freight.
5. Perform Pre-trip and Post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle daily.
6. Adhere to company operating policies and procedures. All local and state driving laws and road regulations must be adhered to.
Description of Responsibilities: The Home Delivery Driver is assigned to delivering and picking up freight for Andrews customers. Time windows must be respected, and client delivery applications must be used to properly deliver orders. The driver loads and unloads the truck. Any undelivered freight must be appropriately tagged once returning to the warehouse.
