Some Websites may use Google Analytics and Google Display Advertising and/or some of our applications use other third-party services to collect user activity data. We use the collected Personal Information for our general business purposes such as to respond to requests for estimates or your emails or other inquiries, perform services you have requested, improve the Websites and/or applications, grow and improve our services, provide updates or notices and to offer our own, our affiliates’ or third-party products or services that we think you may find of interest or, from time to time, we may use the information to conduct surveys to better understand your needs or evaluate our services. To provide you with the full range of services you request from us or for other uses, it may be necessary for us to share Personal Information with third-parties and affiliates including, but not limited to, the UniGroup companies and/or other companies that we have engaged. We may report information about your account(s) to credit bureaus and/or consumer reporting agencies. For information we send to and/or receive from UniGroup, C.A. and/or its related companies (“UniGroup”) in relation to our business, the terms of UniGroup’s UniGroup’s Privacy Policy and UniGroup’s Data Security Policy shall apply unless superseded by any of this Privacy Policy’s terms, as noted herein.
Children’s Online Privacy
None of the Websites are directed at or intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information on the Websites directly from children and will destroy such information if we become aware that a child has disclosed such information to us without proper parental consent.
California Privacy Rights
California customers are permitted by California law to request information about how we share certain categories of information with others for their marketing purposes.
