While you have the option to pack yourself, it is often discouraged for international moves. International shipments undergo significant handling—loading, ocean or air transit, and customs inspections. Professional packing using high-quality materials significantly reduces the risk of damage. Additionally, some insurance policies will not cover items unless they are professionally packed.

Every country has unique import regulations. Generally, you will need a complete inventory list of all goods, your passport, visa, and specific customs forms for the destination country. Door-to-Door: The mover manages the entire process from your current residence to your new home overseas, including customs clearance and final delivery.

Door-to-Port: The mover handles the shipment only until it reaches the destination port. You are responsible for clearing customs and arranging transportation from the port to your final residence.
