No, we never require a deposit. If you are getting quotes from other movers who do, please be sure you understand their cancellation policy. These deposits are usually not refundable. If you book with us, we will arrive on the date of service, guaranteed.
Yes! We have the tools to disassemble and reassemble your beds. However, if you disassemble the bed yourself, we cannot reassemble. Let the pros do it!
No. Our movers are trained to move, not to install appliances. For this reason, we recommend doing it yourself, or we can coordinate those services with one of our trusted partners for you.
We recommend that you do, but it is not required. The reduced weight makes the dresser easier to maneuver around corners and doorways, decreasing the likelihood of damage. But, if the dresser is solid, it can be moved with soft items in the drawers (clothes only).
Since our moves are priced hourly, you only pay for the time you use (after the 4 hour minimum). They payment is made at the conclusion of your move.

Yes. We cannot move hazardous items: propane tanks, firearms, paint, aerosols. Please dispose of such dangerous items if you are not comfortable moving them yourself. Also, please ensure that fuel operated tools (lawn mowers, edgers, etc.) are empty of gas or fuel before they are moved.
